Policies at Our New Wilmington Bed and Breakfast

We welcome guests over the age of 12 in our apartments. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. Guests are checked in between 2 and 6PM. Late arrivals can be accommodated. Check out is by 11AM.

The Inn On Market is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation notice is required 7 days in advance of your arrival date. Cancellation notice is required 21 days in advance of your arrival date for reservations over Westminster or Grove City Colleges’ homecoming and graduation weekends. You will be refunded your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

Should you cancel your reservation less than 7 or 21 days prior to arrival date, your credit card on file will be charged in full, unless the room(s) rebook. If your room(s) do rebook, you will be refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
